Caitlin Pazzano

Vice President, Quality Assurance

Caitlin Pazzano joined as our Vice President, Quality Assurance in January 2022. Ms. Pazzano brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working for large, mid-size, and small startup pharmaceutical companies with products in all phases of development. Prior to joining Aldeyra, Ms. Pazzano served as Vice President, Quality at Flexion Therapeutics, where she developed and implemented quality systems and processes for both development and commercial products and directed the company through their first Prior Approval Inspection. Prior to that Ms. Pazzano held leadership positions in Quality Assurance at Synageva Biopharmaceuticals. Ms. Pazzano also held positions of increasing responsibility at Shire in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs. Ms. Pazzano holds a B.S. in animal science from University of Massachusetts- Amherst.
