Bill Cavanagh, M.S., has served as Vice President, Clinical Operations since November 2023. Mr. Cavanagh joined Aldeyra in 2016 and brings 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working for large, mid-size, and small pharmaceutical companies, spanning from multiple functions within Clinical Operations and across a number of therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Aldeyra, Mr. Cavanagh played an instrumental role in the development and subsequent approvals of KALBITOR® (ecallantide) and TAKHZYRO® (lanadelumab-flyo) at Dyax Corp (Acquired by Shire). Mr. Cavanagh holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Westfield State University and a M.S. in Leadership with a concentration in clinical trial design from Northeastern University.
